The d.studio offers courses for Sauder School of Business undergraduate and MBA students.

COMM388: Design Strategies for Business Innovation introduces 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students to strategic design thinking, methods and tools for business and innovation in a post-carbon economy. The course challenges teams of students to deliver real-world solutions that create economic, social and environmental value using strategic design. Part creative ideation, part critical analysis, and part innovative thinking, COMM388 helps students to develop leadership skills and capacity for self-expression, as design processes and thinking strategies become essential tools for doing business better.
